Wala Ltd is seeking a disciplined, commercially minded and ethical Credit & Recoveries Officer to join its Finance and Credit Team to strengthen the management of its growing credit portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer credit assessments, monitoring instalment payments, managing arrears, conducting customer follow-ups and field recoveries, maintaining accurate credit records, and preparing portfolio-performance reports.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, with at least three years’ relevant experience in credit management, collections, recoveries or loan administration.
The position is based in Lilongwe and requires frequent travel to customer locations.
